Adding your JPR email signature in Outlook

JPR Combustions Ltd — two easy methods, pick whichever is simpler for you.

You have been sent one file per person, named JPR - Your Name.htm. Choose Method A (drop the file in) or Method B (copy and paste). Both give the same result. You only need to do this once.

Method A — Drop the file into Outlook's signature folder (quickest)

  1. Close Outlook.
  2. Press the Windows key, type %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures and press Enter. A folder opens.
  3. Copy your JPR - Your Name.htm file into that folder.
  4. Open Outlook. Go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
  5. Your signature (named after the file) now appears in the list. Set it as the default for New messages and for Replies/forwards.
  6. Click OK, then open a new email to check it looks right.

Method B — Copy and paste (no file handling)

  1. Open your signature in a web browser (double-click the .htm file).
  2. Select the whole signature with your mouse, then press Ctrl + C to copy.
  3. In Outlook go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
  4. Click New, give it a name (for example “JPR”), click into the large editing box, and press Ctrl + V to paste.
  5. Set it as the default for New messages and Replies/forwards, then click OK.
About the logo and the two badges

The JPR flame logo and the Gas Safe / Worcester Bosch badges load from the JPR website. They will only appear once those image files have been placed online (your web person confirms when that is done). Until then you may see small empty boxes where the images should be. The text is always correct either way.

Statutory line — final

The bottom line now shows your Gas Safe No. 195452. The VAT line has been left off as requested. Company name, registration number (04441833) and registered office are all confirmed and correct. Nothing further to send — these signatures are final.

Any questions, reply to the email that sent you this and we will sort it.
